Are you an L&D professional who has a keen interest in health & wellbeing strategies? We are working with a hugely exciting start-up business which will work with businesses to build health and wellbeing initiatives that will improve the lives of people at work and help them understand the impact that Mental Health has on their people and their business.
Our client is looking for an experienced L&D professional who will deliver training courses and seminars on their clients’ sites but also act as a business ambassador, developing effective relationships with existing and new clients. This role would suit someone who has previously been self-employed or worked in a small business where you have had to win new business and promote your brand.
Whilst this will be a national role you can be home-based but willing to travel to the head office in Oldham once or twice per week.
This is a permanent role for an energetic, driven individual who has a passion for Mental Health and wants to be involved in developing a newly-created exciting business. It would be great if you had the MHFA England Instructor certification although not essential.
Salary <40,000 plus car.
