We’re really excited to be recruiting for a hugely successful Technology business in Yorkshire, which has increased headcount by 70% this year (they’re now at c 200 employees) and are set to do the same next year.
They need a Recruitment Manager to come in and in the first instance, simply recruit! Interestingly this is not about reducing agency spend, cost per hire etc., rather getting the right people to support the business ambition and growth. No cost per hire metrics – hooray!
After 12 months they anticipate the role become more of a strategic role – building the employer brand, starting to look at more of a direct model etc.
Like most Tech businesses they’re completely agile and are happy for someone to adopt hybrid working.
