Your role as a Senior HR Advisor will be to provide a professional and efficient business partnering service for a number of divisions within our client's organisation. This fast moving/paced position will give you exposure to the full HR spectrum, from the provision of HR advice to recruitment and learning & development.
You will need to travel to sites where front line employees are based although these are, in the main, commutable within a day from Yorkshire.
Our client supports multiple industries including construction, civil engineering, rail, water, oil & gas. In spite of the COVID-19 pandemic, the business remains in excellent financial condition, thanks in part to its diverse offerings across these varied industries.
Skills/ experience sought
We are ideally looking for a CIPD qualified candidate with experience of providing employment law advice. It would be helpful if you have experience of working in a multi-site business (with in excess of 500 employees) where you have gained good case management experience and the ability to see issues or projects to conclusion.
