fólk recruitment are currently partnering with a UK based FMCG organisation supporting with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. Due to a restructure within the HR team they are now looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide HR advisory to support to a specific client group. Based in North Yorkshire the role will incur occasional travel to other sites across the North of England.
As the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group on a wide range of HR initiatives such as; generalist advice & policy support, HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.
