Fólk Recruitment are currently partnering with an expanding retail organisation to support in their search for a Senior HR Advisor. The organisation has experienced consistent growth over the last number of years, and they are now looking to grow the HR team. The role will be based in West Yorkshire with occasional travel across the North of England.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partners to;
- Support with Employee Relations matters such as absence management and performance management
- Partner line managers to deliver appraisals and personal development plans
- Ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented
- Work as part of the wider HR team to support in the delivery of key HR projects
- Work closely with the talent team to identify gaps in the organisation
- Possess excellent organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment

The role will suit a HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor who has operated in a HR generalist capacity across a multi-site operation. With occasional travel to other sites you will require a full UK driving licence.
