This is a rare and exciting opportunity to create an in-house resourcing function from scratch, working alongside and supported by a wider HR team.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter, with in-house or RPO experience, to deliver a wide range of business critical roles on a national, multi-location level. As well as being accountable for the full 360 recruitment cycle, you’ll also be making strategic decisions around Employer Brand, budget and use of social media & job boards and utilisation of the existing ATS.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous In-house or RPO experience, and have a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles, preferably including some Tech roles. This post offers real variety as spans the full recruitment life-cycle including, but not limited to, sourcing, attraction, job analysis, salary benchmarking, relationship/ supplier management and candidate due diligence.
