We are keen to speak to Recruiters who enjoy operating in a busy role, looking after mid to high volume recruitment (field engineers, call centre, manufacturing). 

We are supporting a global business, based on the M62 corridor, east of Leeds with excellent access to the motorway networks, which is looking to increase its HR headcount with the addition of at least one, possibly two Recruitment Partners, on a permanent basis. This role will play a critical role in helping to deliver the UK business' ambitious growth plans, under the direction of a new CEO and People Director. You will work as part of a small Recruitment team and wider HR team, including HR Co-ordinators who will assist with some of the recruitment admin.

The role will take full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of a range of operational, business critical roles including call centre and field operations.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Building trusted client relationships with Hiring Managers to establish needs, and advising on the best attraction strategies
  • Management of all elements of the recruiting process; sourcing (using both internal and external channels including social media and networks), screening applications, interviewing
  • Working with external Suppliers for support with hard to fill roles, management of the PSL
  • Assisting the wider HR team with to provide a seamless onboarding experience to new starters
  • Capturing Management Information to provide insight relating to market data, turnover and retention rates, helping forecast future hiring needs
  • Participation in a number of HR projects and initiatives relating to recruitment activity such as the design of training modules for Managers on all aspects of recruitment

There is flexibility to work from home in this role although in order to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders it is likely to that you will work in the office 2-3 days per week.
