folk recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG organisation to support in their search for a Recruitment Manager.  This is a rare and exciting opportunity to create an in-house resourcing function from scratch, working alongside and supported by a wider HR team.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to deliver a wide range of business-critical roles on a regional basis.  As the Recruitment Manager you will be accountable for the full 360 recruitment cycle, you’ll also be making strategic decisions around Employer Brand, budget and the use of social media & job boards.  Within the role you will manage volume campaigns as well as be responsible for more niche, hard-to-fill roles.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous In-house recruitment experience ideally within an FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing or Engineering environment.  This post offers real variety as it spans the full recruitment life-cycle including, but not limited to, sourcing, attraction, job analysis, salary benchmarking and relationship/supplier management.
