We are supporting a global business, based in Bradford, which is looking to hire its first dedicated Recruitment Manager to help deliver an ambitious and exciting People Strategy.
The role will take full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of all roles across head office functions and operations as well as leading a number of critical projects relating to employer brand, implementation of a new ATS & the careers website.
Due to the need to respond quickly to potential candidates, our client is looking to hire somebody who can work across 5 days although there is potentially some flexibility around hours in terms of start and finish times.
Whilst this role will operate at a management level/ grade, you will not have any direct reports and must be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and executing administrative duties such as posting adverts on job boards.
