Fólk has been selected to partner with a leading organisation supporting the recruitment of a Recruitment & Talent Manager to help solidify their strategic objectives.

With a change in the direction of HR, the function is reinvigorated and has a clear path of what the future looks like from a people perspective. They have identified the need for a Resourcing & Talent Manager to provide both strategic and operational support to the organisation when it comes to how they find, attract and retain talent.

The role will be based in East Yorkshire 2 – 3 days a week, with the remaining days working remotely.

Working collaboratively with the HR team and key stakeholders you will:

  • Own the complete talent cycle from attraction right through to identifying high potentials across the organisation
  • Create and build talent pipelines to attract the right talent for hard-to-fill roles
  • Utilise Social Media channels to enhance employer brand and EVP
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure the benefits and remuneration offered for specific roles are aligned to market conditions
  • Manage a small team to deliver a timely and proactive recruitment service across the organisation
  • Develop relationships with local Universities / Colleges

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Resourcing & Talent professional to create and shape the attraction strategies for this leading organisation.  You will be commercially minded and have previously operated in fast-paced environments where you’ve been responsible for delivering the resourcing and talent agenda.
