fólk recruitment is supporting a highly reputable Retail client in West Yorkshire as they look to appoint a new HR Manager who will predominantly look after their manufacturing & distribution employees across three sites with circa 300 people.
Reporting into a supportive and engaging People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for all operational HR with a focus on Employee Relations issues and all HR projects across these sites.

You must have a can-do attitude, love working at pace, be confident having tough conversations and get satisfaction from supporting managers.
£35-40k + car or car allowance + benefits.
