Folk has been asked to support one of Yorkshire's most recognised employers who pride themselves on having a truly flexible, inclusive, and family-friendly culture. They're currently looking to appoint a Systems Manager to lead their small team of HR Analysts to deliver consistent and effective insight and technical development in HR Systems and data & MI.

Our client is undergoing business-wide transformation journey and have an extremely ambitious people strategy, both of which have resulted in a number of key business initiatives and projects requiring more advanced HR Systems and MI capabilities. Through the provision of more accurate and high quality people-related data available to stakeholders across the business, you and your team will ultimately enable better decision-making and business outcomes.

It is essential that the newly appointed Systems Manager is a capable people manager who can drive individual performance, delegate effectively and prioritise workload. As well as being an experienced Manager/ Team Leader, you must be a strong communicator, able to work confidently with - and potentially challenge - internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to understand business requirements and enable the delivery of quality system configuration solutions.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to possess strong numerical and analytical skills. Whilst exposure to HR Systems is ideal (specifically Cloud HCM), it is felt that a Data, MI or Systems Analyst with a passion for the interpretation and analysis of data, could acquire the necessary knowledge of People Systems and Platforms.
