As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for all payroll-related activities, including Pensions, ensuring regulatory compliance with HMRC legislation. You will manage a team of 6, improving divisional performance through effective coaching of your team. You will be joining the HR Team at an exciting time as our client upgrades their entire HR system. As such some experience of driving change, specifically a systems implementation would be advantageous.
