Fólk are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation, supporting with the recruitment of a Leadership Development Manager.  This is a newly created role and will provide specialist Leadership Development support across the organisation and to the wider Learning & Development function.

As the Leadership Development Manager, you will develop and deliver value-adding learning and development interventions across all areas of the organisation to drive optimum performance, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management development skills.

This role incorporates all elements of the learning cycle from identification of learning needs, design and development of resources and programmes (both in partnership with external training suppliers as well as internal subject matter experts) & delivery and evaluation of programmes.

As the ideal candidate you will have extensive experience of operating in a specialist Leadership Development role, with a track record of facilitating and delivering innovative Leadership & management interventions.  Your experience will be backed up with a coaching qualification, ILM accreditation or a Learning & Development CIPD qualification.

The client anticipates the successful candidate to be in the office 3-4 days a week with the remainder working remotely.
