Our client is looking to add three new Learning Partners to its L&D team. Operating as a true Partner to your business area (Retail, Distribution or Service), you will dedicate your time to understanding the capabilities and skills needed in your business area to ensure continued growth and commercial success. Having proactively identified skills and capability gaps, you will go on to enable the design and development of effective learning solutions that meet the needs of either individuals, teams and/or business development objectives. This role will shape, develop and design learning solutions using a blended approach that includes e-learning, collaborative virtual workshops, as well as some traditional face to face development.
We are keen to speak to L&D professionals who have designed and delivered high calibre capability development solutions incorporating a range of skills e.g. Sales, Customer Service, leadership and at all levels from Early Careers to Management. Experience of operating in a large, multi-site business is preferred.
In order to build an in-depth understanding or your business area, it is expected that you will visit various operational sites, getting to know your key stakeholders. This will require a flexible approach to travel (mainly in Yorkshire/ the Midlands) although this is balanced against the option to work from home for part of the week.
