Fólk Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a well-known Retail organisation, supporting with their search for an Interim Regional HR Business Partner. The role will cover sites predominantly across the North of England, however, on occasions you will be expected to travel further afield.

The client has experienced steady growth over a number of years and much of this growth has been attributed to its’ people. HR has been identified as a key strategic pillar meaning that this role will be an integral part in the evolvement of the business across the designated region.

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will partner with a number of key stakeholders across a specific region, supporting and developing people-focused solutions. As the ideal candidate you will have previously operated as a Regional HR Business Partner across a multi-site, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a true generalist who has experience of employee relations, performance management, D&I, employee engagement and Learning & Development.

Folk are keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners who are able to build strong stakeholders relationships and provide proactive and well thought out people solutions that align with an HR strategy. We’re looking for HR professionals who are either immediately available or available at short notice who enjoy a balance of strategic and operational HR tasks.
