Our client is a well known & highly regarded business with a fantastic culture based in Harrogate. Boasting a low turnover of staff coupled with a hardworking, fun and dedicated HR team - this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Due to an internal move, they're seeking to appoint an HR Reward Analyst to support the Reward Manager by providing reward expertise across the group, particularly technical support through external benchmarking and internal data analysis. You will predominantly support the IT and Payroll teams by keeping them up to date via reports using their HRS and also be responsible for supporting HR teams with any Reward queries that might arise. 

To be considered for the role, you will have experience of:

  • Working in a fast paced and ever changing environment

  • Working in a Reward/HR function

  • Interpreting and drawing themes for data

  • Strong knowledge of reward practices

  • Project work

  • Great Excel and numeracy skills

  • Amazing attention to detail
