Fólk are currently partnering with a Wetherby based HR Consultancy as they look to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join their fun, hardworking and passionate team of HR generalists.
In this role, you will provide effective support to an incredibly diverse client group of SME’s in sectors like Marketing, Technology, Charities and Business Services, consulting on a wide range of HR initiatives such as generalist advice & policy support, HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.
This role would suit an HR Manager/HR Business Partner that likes working in a close-knit environment with peers who are relaxed & supportive and where flexibility is given in abundance. The business boasts a very low turnover of staff as everyone genuinely enjoys the variety of work, the autonomy to manage their own workload and the chance to bring their authentic self to work.
