Fólk Recruitment is exclusively recruiting a Regional HR Business Partner for a well known UK employer of choice covering sites across Yorkshire and the North West of England.

They’re experiencing a huge amount of change and growth with HR at the forefront of this so their HR Business Partners must be comfortable managing change, working at pace and have the ability to work with ambiguity at times as the business constantly evolves.
Folk are keen to speak with experienced HR business partners who are able to build strong stakeholders relationships and provide proactive and well thought out people solutions that align with an HR strategy.
Working very closely with a variety of senior stakeholders across their regional offices, you will support the development and delivery of people-focused solutions by influencing & educating the leaders in the business in alignment with the people agenda. You must be a true generalist with strong experience of delivering projects relating to talent management, health & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, engagement and performance management. In this role, you will also be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of HR activities including effective case management and proactive day to day guidance on employee related matters.
We’re looking for HR professionals that enjoy a balance of strategic and operational HR within their day-to-day. To be considered for this role you must:
- Have 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role
- Be comfortable with a regional role with some national travel & occasional overnights
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable analysing data to make decisions
- Have a great sense of team spirit and a good sense of humour & humility
- Be approachable and positive
