We are supporting a professional services firm in sourcing an HR Business Partner maternity cover to start in December, for a period of 12 months.
This role will support a wide range of head office functions and will combine both operational and more strategic HR work. You will work proactively, interpreting HR metrics to create and drive people plans. You will also be required to provide core HR advice, implement policies, pick up complex ER cases as well as providing Recruitment support.
This role, whilst based in Leeds, will require travel to other UK offices in other major cities.
A 4-day working pattern may be considered, for the right candidate. However, due to the demands and volume of work in this role, reduced hours are only likely to work for an experienced HR Business Partner.
