We are currently assisting a fantastic Head of HR within a professional services organisation in the heart of Leeds to find an HR Business Partner to cover a 9 month period of maternity leave on a fixed term basis.
Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years of HR BP experience within a professional sector of industry, have excellent ER/employment law experience and enjoy working at pace.
With centres of excellence to draw from across Recruitment, Organisational Development and Learning & Development you will work with the business to roll out some new initiatives in areas Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Performance Management and Talent Management.
£45-55k + benefits.
