We are pleased to be supporting a multinational, professional services business in hiring an HR Assistant to work as part of a busy team which provides a transactional HR service across the entire UK business.  

This role would normally be based in north Leeds however due to the current pandemic, the HR Assistant is likely to go into the office 1-2 days per week and work from home for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Producing offers of employment and sending to new starters, onboarding all new starters

Managing stakeholders and hiring managers

Working to SLA’s and deadlines

Processing leavers and managing off boarding process

Ensuring payroll deadlines are met

Managing referencing processes with third party

Managing several inboxes with high volumes

Ensuring the HR system is updated, running regular reports and updating spreadsheets

Managing queries from employees across all levels

Person requirements:

Must have HR admin experience 

Organised and resilient and used to working to daily, weekly and monthly deadlines as well as SLA’s

Someone who is a team player who can make recommendations as part of process improvements

Good excel and word skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy
