Fólk Recruitment is representing a highly reputable international Manufacturing business in the heart of West Yorkshire, recruiting for an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role will have responsibility for one manufacturing site with some wider group responsibility at the head office covering all aspects of generalist HR duties.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge and influence senior management thinking, although you are not dictatorial in your style. You are a strong relationship builder, both with your clients as well as peers and colleagues.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have:

  • Significant experience working at Advisor/Business Partner level within a fast-paced environment Previous experience coaching and supporting managers in ER cases and recruitment
  • Good understanding of strategic HR
  • Previous exposure to international HR would be an advantage
  • A solid understanding of Reward and/or Learning & Development is desirable
  • Highly numerate with appropriate written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of current employment law and best practice, with experience in developing policy and procedures
