We are currently partnering with an organisation who have been identified as a market leader within their industry. The organisation and people team are currently going through a period of positive change and it is due to this, that they are now seeking a Reward Manager. Based in Yorkshire there will be travel to other sites throughout the UK.
Working as part of the wider Reward team you will be an integral part in ensuring the successful delivery of the compensation & benefits strategy across the Group. You will be expected to lead on a number of key long term reward programs, however, you will also be expected to manage and lead on more cyclical events such as benchmarking, pay reviews and bonuses.
Our client is seeking a Reward Professional who is comfortable at providing both strategic and operational support to an organisation. Previous experience should illustrate a broad reward knowledge covering areas such as; job evaluation, pensions, flexible benefits and LTIPS.
